Young Again Pet Food Return Policy

At Young Again, your pet’s health is our top priority. Being owned and operated in Minnesota, we stand behind the quality of our products with our ingredients being sourced from human-grade facilities. We are committed to helping you successfully transition your pet to Young Again Pet Foods.

If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days, and you don’t believe your pet looks or feels better than ever, you may return the unused portion of food for a full refund, minus any order discounts. This applies only to your first order of a 10 lb, 8 lb, or 4 lb bag of food.

Important Return Guidelines

  • ONE Return PER Customer – We will only accept a return for a customer’s first purchase of 4 lb, 8 lb, or 10 lb food (Food only – no treats or supplements). If there is a quality issue with your food, please contact our customer service department at orders@youngagainpetfood.com or at (800) 311-6646. 
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost – Since we provided free shipping for your package, we kindly ask that you pay for your shipping to return the product. 
  • Do Not Refuse a Shipment – Refusing a package will result in return shipping costs being deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for refused packages are significantly higher than returning the package through another method.

How to Return an Item

  1. Pack Securely – Ensure the item is packaged safely and include the original packing slip (keep a copy for your records).
  2. Include Reason for Return – We are committed to providing you with excellent food and service. Providing feedback is the only way we can do better. 
  3. Use a Traceable and Insurable Shipping Method – Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. COD deliveries will not be accepted.
  4. No expired products – We cannot accept returns on expired products.
  5. Ship to the Following Address:

Return Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Any 25 lb bag 
  • Flavor Enhancer
  • CarnivoreRAW Mixes 
  • All Supplements
  • Treats (i.e., CarnivoreYUMS & TruCarnivore)
  • Any expired product
  • Any product shipped outside of the U.S.

Additional Notes:

  • If you are new to powder supplements or raw diets, please ensure your pet tolerates these before purchasing a CarnivoreRAW PreMix.
  • Check expiration dates before returning—expired products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Due to individual pet taste preferences, we do not accept returns on treats.
  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made within the U.S.

How do I start an exchange?

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to place the order. This credit will appear on your credit card statement within 7 business days.
