Shipping Policy

At Young Again, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for your pet’s needs. Below are the details of our shipping policies, including delivery methods, costs, and important guidelines.

After placing your order, you will receive emails with order status updates, including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping notification with tracking details (if available)

Tracking is available for FedEx and Spee-Dee shipments but not for USPS metered mail orders.


Standard Shipping

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12:30 p.m. CST typically ship the same or next business day.
  • Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship within one to two business days.

Shipping Carriers:

  • Spee-Dee Delivery: Used for shipments to MN, WI, IL, IA, and parts of ND, SD, NE, and MO.
  • FedEx Ground: Used for all other U.S. states.
  • We do not ship via UPS or USPS except for small packages (treats & supplements).

Holiday Shipping:

  • When holidays fall mid-week, shipments may be processed on Fridays if scheduling permits.

International Shipping:

  • For any order outside of the U.S., please contact your local distributor. 

Shipping for Small Supplement/Treat Orders

  • Small jars of supplements (1.1 oz jars) and/or treats are shipped via USPS metered mail unless they meet the $30 threshold. 
  • USPS shipments do not include tracking and can take 7–14 days for delivery.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • FREE economy ground shipping is available for all qualifying orders $30 and over (after discounts and promotions).
  • Orders under $30 (excluding taxes) will incur standard shipping fees.
  • Free shipping applies only to the contiguous U.S. states.
  • Expedited and air shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Important Shipping Policies

Refused Shipments & Restocking Fees

  • If you refuse a shipment after it has been processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund or credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Young Again is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To prevent issues, we recommend:

  • Providing a secure delivery address (ensure your apartment has a secure delivery zone).
  • Using your work address for shipments during business hours.
  • Opting for FedEx Hold (details below).
  • Signature-required delivery is available upon request, but incurs additional fees from FedEx.

FedEx Hold at Walgreens

  • You can choose FEDEX HOLD at Walgreens for added convenience.
  • Packages will be held for 5 business days before being returned to Young Again.
  • Unclaimed packages may be subject to restocking fees and additional shipping charges.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

  • Customers in these locations should contact us at (800) 311-6646 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. CST) for shipping options and rates to get started.
  • Once you have an account, a $3.00 surcharge will be added per order to cover shipping.

Shipping to a Different Address

  • If shipping to a different address than your billing address, enter the correct details in the “Ship To” section at checkout.

APO/FPO Military Addresses

  • Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS to military distribution centers.
  • Due to international regulations, we cannot guarantee delivery of meat-based products. If an order is detained and returned, we cannot provide a refund.
  • We offer USPS flat-rate boxes that can accommodate 4 lb or 8 lb bags.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply—please contact us before placing your order for a quote.
  • Delivery times may vary.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship outside the U.S. However, we have distributors in Singapore and Canada:

How to Track Your Order
Customers who provide an email address will receive order status updates. These may include an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email including tracking information if available. Detailed tracking information will be updated as the shipment progresses.

Customers in North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois will generally receive their shipments via Spee-Dee Delivery service. For all other states, shipments are sent via FedEx Ground.

Coupons
Young Again provides FREE shipping on each order over $30 as a thank you for your purchase. Therefore, we allow only 1 coupon code (regardless of the code) per customer. The code will only be applied to your first order. No other coupons or discount codes are valid unless specifically stated by Young Again Pet Food.
